For 11 years, Fullerton Firefighters Local 3421 has proudly hosted Pinktober, a month dedicated to bringing our community together to make a difference in the fight against cancer. As firefighters, we have witnessed firsthand the devastating impact cancer has had on our profession, our fellow firefighters, and the communities we serve. This personal connection fuels our commitment to raising awareness, supporting those affected by cancer, and making a meaningful difference for patients and their families. Through our annual golf tournament, fundraising events, community partnerships, and the generosity of our sponsors and supporters, we have raised more than $230,000 and donated these funds to various charitable organizations over the years. We are incredibly proud of what our community has accomplished and grateful to everyone who has helped make Pinktober such a meaningful tradition. Today, we are honored to direct our fundraising efforts to the St. Jude Memorial Foundation in support of the Crosson Cancer Institute, helping advance the important work being done for patients and families affected by cancer. Together, we remain committed to giving back, standing alongside those facing cancer, and continuing our mission to make a lasting impact in our community. Gear Up for the Fight!
